We like to say that our workouts feel like the flow of a barre or Pilates class infused with with corrective exercises specifically chosen for pregnancy and postpartum.
We offer strength, low-impact cardio and mobility classes ranging from 5-45 minutes in length.
When should I start? Is it too late?
We believe it's never too late to get connected to your body. You are welcome to join us at anytime in your motherhood journey.
