What is included in my subscription?

You get full access to all workouts, special virtual events, programs and bonus content on the platform. 

Can I use my mobile phone?

You sure can! We currently have a mobile app on the iPhone app store. You can also pull up our membership site on any phone browser. 

Can I cancel any time?

You can cancel anytime within the 7-day free trial without being charged. All memberships renew automatically unless you cancel prior to your next billing cycle. 

What type of workouts do you offer?

We like to say that our workouts feel like the flow of a barre or Pilates class infused with with corrective exercises specifically chosen for pregnancy and postpartum. 


We offer strength, low-impact cardio and mobility classes ranging from 5-45 minutes in length. 

When should I start? Is it too late?

We believe it's never too late to get connected to your body. You are welcome to join us at anytime in your motherhood journey. 


You can begin as soon as you start thinking about trying to conceive, jump in at any point in pregnancy, ease back in postpartum or find us 15 years postpartum.
