Our Pregnancy Prep Program is intentionally designed to prepare your body for the physical changes and potential pain problems that can come with pregnancy. The classes in this virtual program support you in building strength and connection on your journey to and through motherhood.
What can you expect?
An evidenced based program created by a perinatal fitness expert and pelvic floor physical therapist.
Three program tracks to choose from including 5x/week, 3x/week or 3x/week without cardio.
A variety of class types every week that include:

Elevate: cardio with low and high impact options
Release: mobility and stretching
Exercises specifically targeting areas of your body that help to build a strong foundation for the physical changes of pregnancy.

who is this program for?
This program was created for those that want to prepare their body for the demands of pregnancy from the comfort and convenience of home.
If you’ve recently had a child we recommend that you’re at least 9 months postpartum before beginning this program and that you have clearance from your medical providers.

do i need a certain level of fitness to start?
All are welcome! Throughout the program we offer options and modifications to decrease or increase the difficulty of the exercises so you can meet yourself where you are.
We do recommend you are 9 months or more postpartum from your last birth.
what do i do if i get pregnant in the middle of the program?
You are welcome to complete this program as long as you are feeling up to it, or you can switch to our Pregnancy Program. Your membership gives you access to all the content and programs that we offer, so you can always find the classes you need as you move through different stages of your motherhood journey.

is this program good for fertility?
We intentionally named this program Pregnancy Prep because we wanted to be clear this is not a program to help you GET pregnant but to help prepare your body for your future pregnancy. The aim of this program is to help build a foundation that may help lessen the severity of or prevent some common pregnancy issues.
Notice our intentional use of the words “may” and “some” in the sentence above. We want to be clear that we are not claiming this program will make for a perfect, pain free pregnancy. In fact, we would caution you against anyone claiming that. What we can confidently claim is that exercise is very beneficial for you during this time, and our program is intentionally designed to help prepare your body for pregnancy.
