Class Series
Meets weekly for a month for 50-minute classes.
$100 for the full series. Miss a class? Request a recording!
Repeat a series as many times as it serves you.
Pregnancy Class Series
This series will teach you the foundations of movement throughout pregnancy. Each session with have a pregnancy specific theme and include a full body prenatal exercise class. Themes include:
-learn to breathe
-connect to your core + pelvic floor
-manage pregnancy posture
-prepare for labor
Connect with yourself, your growing little one and other moms in the same stage of life.
Recommended for:those pregnant at any trimester
Baby Friendly Class Series
These are full body classes made for the postpartum mom (post doctor clearance) with non-mobile babies on board!
For the first half of class you'll be on your mat with baby nearby and the second half of class you'll have the option to wear baby for standing exercises. Take some time to connect with yourself as well as other moms in this stage of life!
We know that babies are unpredictable and welcome you to bring and do what you need to throughout class to keep your little one happy!
Recommended for: moms of non-mobile babies looking to move with fellow moms
Postpartum Class Series
This class series is created for the postpartum woman anywhere from 6 months to 16+ years postpartum and will be taught as an all levels exercise class in our signature Pilates/barre style.
Our all levels classes are suitable for all stages of motherhood. In these classes each exercise is cued with every level so you can always find a variation that works for you.
Recommended for: any postpartum woman from 6 months to 16+ years postpartum

Each class series is 4 weeks long and $25 per class.
Can’t make a class? A recording is available by request.
Frequently asked questions
What if I can’t make the class I signed up for?
We know life happens! You can cancel the entire series up to 48 hours before the first class to receive a full refund. If you are unable to make it to a class we are happy to provide a recording of the class missed. Simply send us an email to let us know you won't be there and we will send the recording after class!
Do I need experience to come to class?
Not at all! We will walk you through everything you need to know when you get to class. If you have any questions before or after class please ask your instructor, they would love to help you!
Getting started with private sessions
Get started with a new client session with our founder, Abby Erker. This $130 investment includes:
75 minutes with Abby
Full body assessment and answers to your prenatal and postpartum fitness questions
Learning the foundations of our methodology including breath, core, and pelvic floor connection
1 free month of Materra Method Online
Follow-up email support from Abby
If you’re a returning client or have been moving with us for a while, you are welcome to book a returning client private session with any of our trainers!
Frequently asked questions
What experience do I need for a private session? What if I haven't worked out in a long time?
You don’t need any experience at all! We value meeting you right where you are today and don’t expect that you have any experience with our method before coming in.
How long do I have to commit to doing privates?
There is no specific time commitment!
For some clients, private sessions are a great jumping off point into our small group classes or online studio, while others enjoy private sessions so much they stick with us for years. If you aren’t quite sure which option is best for you, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
how much do private sessions cost?
Your intro session is 75 minutes at $130 and after that price per session ranges from $74-$95 depending on instructor.

Cancellation Policy and Procedures
If you’re unable to make your scheduled class or private session please cancel or reschedule by logging into your Acuity account or canceling through your email confirmation.
Cancel up to 12 hours before the start of class and the class will be returned to your account to be used at a later date.
No shows and late cancels (cancelations made after the 12 hour window) will forfeit that class.
