Programs for your stage of motherhood
Follow-along programs on the app take the decision fatigue out of choosing a video. These programs provide workouts MADE specifically for your stage of motherhood. Check out our current program options below.
This program includes 36 classes intentionally designed to prepare the body for the physical changes and potential aches and pains that can come with pregnancy.
Workouts tailored to each week of pregnancy, from week 6 to 40. Safe and effective through each trimester, you will build strength and connection throughout your pregnancy.
Developed in partnership with a pelvic floor PT, these programs help you address some of the most common aches and pains of motherhood.
12 weeks of gentle movement and breath work designed to help ease aches and pains of early motherhood, promote natural healing, and reconnect to your pelvic floor and core.
This program is designed to guide you through the first year postpartum, helping you reconnect with your body and build functional strength for the demands of motherhood.
Class Types
Motherhood requires strength, fitness, and connection. On the Materrra Method app, you can expect exercises carefully chosen to meet the needs of your changing body.
Connect Classes
Most similar to a barre or Pilates style class with an emphasis on core, to build connection + stability.
