Class Types
Pregnancy Class
These are full body prenatal exercise classes made for every trimester of pregnancy. You’ll get a safe full-body workout with an emphasis on on breath, core and pelvic floor connection, and posture.
While there is mobility work infused in these classes this is not a prenatal yoga class. You can expect a blend of Pilates, barre and corrective exercises.
Connect with yourself, your growing little one and other moms in the same stage of life. Medical clearance for exercise required.
Recommended for: those pregnant at any trimester
Baby Friendly Class
These are full body classes made for the postpartum mom (post medical clearance) with non-mobile babies on board!
For the first half of class you'll be on your mat with baby nearby and the second half of class you'll have the option to wear baby for standing exercises. Take some time to connect with yourself as well as other moms in this stage of life!
We know that babies are unpredictable and welcome you to bring and do what you need to throughout class to keep your little one happy!
Recommended for: moms of non-mobile babies looking to move with fellow moms
Postpartum Class
This class series is created for the postpartum woman anywhere from 6 weeks to 16+ years postpartum and will be taught as an all levels exercise class in our signature Pilates/barre style.
In these classes each exercise is cued with three different levels so you can always find a variation that works for you no matter where you are postpartum.
Recommended for: any postpartum woman from medical clearance postpartum to 16+ years postpartum
Frequently asked questions
What if I can’t make the class I signed up for?
We know life happens! You can cancel up to 24 hours before class and receive a full refund. If you are unable to make it to a class let us know and we’ll do our best to take care of you!
Do I need experience to come to class?
Not at all! We will walk you through everything you need to know when you get to class. We do require that you have received medical clearance for general exercise before coming.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Nope! We provide all props unless you receive notice otherwise.
If you’re taking a baby-friendly class we do ask that you bring your own baby carrier and anything you need to keep baby comfortable on the floor for the first part of class.
Cancellation Policy and Procedures
If you’re unable to make your scheduled class or private session please cancel or reschedule by logging into your Acuity account or canceling through your email confirmation.
Cancel up to 24 hours before the start of class and you will receive a full refund.
No shows and late cancels will forfeit that class.
